When the forms become available you need to print out the registration form and send it in to the conference yourself.  Fill out your form and request the camp that you would like to attend.  If you get your form in early then you will probably get the camp you want, however if you wait, you may not get your camp. 

This year the Winyah Bay camp will be June 8-15, 2013, and the Loris camp will be June 15-22, 2013.
